Privacy Policy

The short version

TerraKore is a static information site. We don't run accounts, we don't sell anything, and we don't run tracking cookies. We don't currently run analytics at all; the plan is to turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless) before public launch. The only personal data we see is any email you choose to send us.

What we collect

Analytics. None right now. The site has no analytics running today. Before public launch we plan to enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-first — it will report things like page views, referrers, and rough country, but won't fingerprint visitors or persist anything in your browser. Because it sets no cookies and stores no identifiers, no cookie consent banner is needed. We'll update this section when it's actually switched on.

Email. If you email us, we keep that email so we can read and reply. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't share your address with anyone.

Server logs. Cloudflare, our host, keeps standard request logs (IP, user agent, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention. These are Cloudflare's logs under their privacy policy; we don't ingest them ourselves.

What we don't collect

• No user accounts — the site has no login.
• No tracking cookies, no third-party advertising pixels, no session storage tied to you.
• No forms collecting personal data (the contact page is plain email; there's no form on the site yet).
• No payments, so no card or billing data.

How we use what we have

Email correspondence is used only to reply to you and, if you flag a factual error, to correct it. When analytics is eventually enabled, aggregate stats will help us understand which content is useful and which is failing readers. That's it.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't share email contents with third parties. The only "sharing" that happens is technical: Cloudflare sees requests because it serves the site; Microsoft 365 sees emails because it provides our mailbox.

Your rights

If you've emailed us and want a copy of what we have, or want it deleted, email hello@terrakore.com and we'll take care of it. We aim to honor access and deletion requests within a reasonable time. For visitors in the EU or California, the same rights apply under GDPR and CCPA — same email, same outcome.

Children

The site is informational and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us an email, let us know and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, note what changed. There's no formal version history yet.
